The Board of Creek County Commissioners will receive sealed written bids to "Provide and Install 2 Generators", for the Creek County Health Department.  An Affidavit of Non-Collusion and Specifications may be obtained from the Creek County Clerk's Office, 317 E Lee, Suite 100, Sapulpa, Oklahoma 74066. 

 

The County procurement process is an open process that allows all business owners to participate regardless of race, color, natural origin or sex and we encourage minority and women-owned businesses to bid on any of our projects.

 

Bidders must attend the pre-bid meetings at each location on Tuesday December 3, 2024 - Creek County Health Department 410 W 4th Ave Bristow, OK 74010 at 10:00 am and Creek County Health Department 1808 S Hickory St Sapulpa, OK 74066 at 1:00 pm.

 

Bidder is responsible to adhere to all provisions pertaining to Oklahoma State Statutes and Federal laws, including the Davis-Bacon Act. This project is funded by assistance listing 93.323

            Bids must be marked "Provide and Install 2 Generators-Creek County Health Department" Bid #25-8 and accompanied with an affidavit of non-collusion & business relationship affidavit. Bids must be received in the Creek County Clerk's Office no later than 8:59 A.M. December 16, 2024, to be considered eligible. Electronic bid submission will not be accepted.
