             The Board of County Commissioners for Creek County, in their regular meeting of December 2, 2024, has awarded Phase 1 Option 1 of Bid #25-5 "New Water Well" for the City of Oilton to Firebrand Construction, LLC as the lowest bid.

 

This project is being supported by the American Rescue Plan Act federal award number 21.027 awarded to Creek County and the City of Oilton by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Entities must be registered in SAM.gov and have a valid UEI number before entering a contract for this project. ARPA Project #1566-5.11-74052-4110.

 

Total cost of Phase 1 Option 1: $474,658.00

 

Project will be funded by the following:

 

$213,979.71 by the Creek County Board of County Commissioners ARPA/SLFRF

$177,939.98 by the City of Oilton ARPA/SLFRF

$  82,738.31 by the City of Oilton funds or additional grant funds not related to ARPA.
