1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on January 6, 2025.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to consider resignation of Paul Branch from the Creek County Industrial Authority and the Creek County Home Finance Authority and to appoint him with Leon Warner.
8. Discussion and possible action to review the sealed bids for providing and installing two (2) generators for the Creek County Health Department, bid #25-8.
9. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids to remove and replace windows in the Creek County Criminal Justice Center, bid #25-10.
10. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for a metal building kit for Milfay Volunteer Fire Department, bid #25-12.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Fairgrounds.
12. Discussion and possible action to remove Jonathon Dye as Receiving Officer and adding Adam Ortenburger for the Creek County Assessor's Office ((0001-1-1600-1110/H1A; 0001-1-1600-1320/H1C; 0001-1-1600-2005/H2; 0001-1-1700-1110/H4; 0001-1-1700-2005/H4) (1204-1-1600-2005/AR-1)).
13. Discussion and possible action to remove Jacob Pilgrim and add Covy Murray as a Receiving Officer for the Creek County Building Maintenance accounts ((0001-1-3300-1110/BMA-1A; 0001-1-3300-1130/BMA-1B; 0001-1-3300-1310/BMA-1C; 0001-1-3300-2005/BMA-2; 0001-1-3300-4110/BMA-3)).
14. Discussion and possible action to remove Covy Murray and add Jacob Pilgrim as a Receiving Officer for the Creek County Emergency Management accounts ((0001-1-2700-1110/R8-1: 0001-1-2700-2005/R8)(1212-2-2700-2005/CCE-8)).
15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to parallel Lone Star Road from 14250 Lone Star Road to the Lone Star Road and South Hickory Street junction in District #1.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from East Central Electric Cooperative to parallel and cross various locations in District #3.
17. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
