 AGENDA

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 24, 2025.

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an amendment to the agreement with KeyTrak, Inc., for a KeyTrak Edge Commercial Business SL System Bundle, a Drawer Package, and KeyTrack, Inc. SL Training Onsite, including service for equipment - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

8. Discussion and possible action to reappoint Creek County Industrial Authority trustees with term ending 2030:  Dist. 2- Ron Dyer; Dist. 3- Marland Armitage.

9. Discussion and possible action for submitting lake access grant described as a half mile on West 251st Street South at Stroud Lake in District #2.

10. Discussion and possible action for submitting lake access grant described as being from Highway 33, 2 miles south on South 305th West Avenue, and 1.1 miles east on West 141st Street South to the main entrance of Heyburn Lake in District #3.

11. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for the 3-month asphalt and emulsion products and services, bid #25-13.

12. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Fairgrounds Capital Outlay account (0001-4-4700-4110) with $6,637.50 from the OSU Extension Center as auction proceeds from the sale of a cattle squeeze chute, a 1986 Ford tractor, and a Tennant floor cleaning machine, as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office

13. Discussion and possible action to purchase 13 acres next to District #1 on 75A.

14. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
