1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on February 18, 2025, and to correct the minutes January 27, item 7, correcting the date of the Board of Adjustment.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action for submitting lake access grant described as at Highway 66 at the new Turner Turnpike entry and exit ramps, north 2.4 miles on South 273rd Road West Avenue and West 151st Street South, north on 257th, curves into Heyburn Lake Road west to Heyburn Park entrance in District #1.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider submitting a claim to the State Ad Valorem Reimbursement Fund for lost revenue due to Manufacturing Exemptions in 2023 for 2024 tax year, pursuant to 62 O.S § 193 - Haley Anderson, Assessor.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider applying for the DEQ grant for the fiscal year 2025-2026, and signing reimbursement contract between the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the Creek County Commissioners for an Environmental Officer grant - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
10. Discussion on upcoming waste recycling event on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Creek County Fairgrounds - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an agreement with KeyTrak, Inc., for a KeyTrak Edge Commercial Business SL System Bundle, a Drawer Package, and KeyTrack, Inc. SL Training Onsite, including service for equipment - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider transferring $218.62 from District #2 Travel account to the District #2 Capital Outlay account.
13. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
