1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on January 13, 2025.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and review of proposed Opioid Abatement Grant Reporting from Ashley Ridge, CREOKS, and Nick McMillan, Family Children Services, due by January 31, 2025.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing Creek County Master Gardeners to use the Courthouse parking lot on Saturday, May 10, 2025, for a plant and yard sale.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution approving interlocal cooperative agreement, appointing the County's representative to CED Board of Directors, and authorizing representative to sign interlocal cooperative agreement.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider signing interlocal cooperative agreement #2401-01 for Circuit Engineering District #1.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider signing resolution setting priorities for projects incorporated into the County Improvements for Road and Bridges (CIRB) transportation plan.
12. Discussion and possible action to sign contractor agreements to provide and install 2 generators for the Creek County Health Department Sapulpa and Bristow locations, bid #25-8.
13. Discussion and possible action to award or deny sealed bid to remove and replace windows in the Creek County Criminal Justice Center, bid #25-10.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider opening and awarding sealed bids for title search services for June tax resale, bid #25-11.
15. Discussion and possible action to award project number CO-0176-10225 storefront door replacement on the Collins Building.
16. Discussion and possible action to sign the intergovernmental cooperative purchasing agreement for the National Purchasing Partners (NPPGov) purchasing cooperative.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Fairgrounds.
18. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of roller shelf from the Clerk's Office.
19. Discussion and possible action to consider signing pricing schedule for phone services with AT&T for District #3.
20. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County General Government Insurance account (0001-1-2300-1222/R4) in the amount of $36.36 with funds from American Public Life (APL) to reimburse for refunds of group overpayment on premium submitted on behalf of employees paid from that account, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
21. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink to cross West 41st Street South approximately 840 feet west of South 177th West Avenue in District #1.
22. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
