1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on March 17, 2025.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split cases CCZ-2159 and CCLS-3027; applicant, Eric Meyers, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural District to Residential Manufactured Home District on tract 1 for one new manufactured home and Light Residential District on tract 2 for existing home to allow a lot split located at 15288 South 177th West Avenue, Kellyville - Carl Prescott, Planning.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider adding the Creek County Industrial Authority and the Creek County Home Finance Authority as additional insureds on the Creek County General Liability policy through the carrier, Hudson, for a cost of $500.00 per insured.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing the Memorandum of Agreement with Muscogee (Creek) Nation for the West 261st Street South Bridge Project, NTTFI, Route 1212, NBI #02586.
10. Discussion and possible action to sign contract and release payment for the engineering design and order placement for Whitney Steel Building Systems, LLC, bid #25-12, Metal Building Kit for Milfay Volunteer Fire Department.
11. Discussion and possible action to sign engagement letter from Kerry John Patten, C.P.A., for estimate of needs for FY 2025-2026.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of various items for the Creek County Assessor's Office - Haley Anderson, Assessor.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider extending a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel various County roads in District #1, requesting an additional 60 days, per Glen Musser, Project Manager.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel and cross West 81st Street South starting at South 177th West Avenue traveling east to South 161st West Avenue in District #2.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel East Hilton Road approximately 1.76 miles south of the West 91st Street junction in District #3.
16. Discussion and possible action on the yearly ODOT certified mileage map.
17. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
