 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on March 10, 2025.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider signing service agreement with Dish Network for services at the Creek County Juvenile Center.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to sign resolution agreeing that the existing bridge carrying County Road South 193rd West Avenue (AKA Edna Road) over Little Deep Fork Creek is eligible for the National  Register of Historic Places (NRHP) and shall remain in place during the construction of State Job Piece Number 32295(04).

 

9. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for the 3-month asphalt and emulsion products and services, bid #25-13.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to update the Creek County Fire Department Sales Tax Purchasing and Accounting Guidelines with Addendum #1, Utilizing Grant Funds.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel various locations in District #2.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross South 59th West Avenue approximately 1.01 miles south and 1.04 miles west of the US 44 and State Highway 344 junction in District #2.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from the Sapulpa Water Company to cross South 58th West Avenue approximately .25 miles north of the West 78th Street junction in Districts #2 and #3.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross West 241st Street South (Wildflower Meadow Phase II) approximately 1.0 mile south and .084 miles west of the State Highway 16 and State Highway 48 junction in District #3.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel West Line Street, Route 66, and South Wickham Road approximately 1.09 miles north of the Turner Turnpike in District #3.

 

 

17. Discussion and possible action to implement a burn ban for Creek County.

 

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
