AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 20, 2024.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2138 and CCLS-2967; Applicant, Jeff Farrow, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow a lot split located at 43316 West 51st Street South, Jennings - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to accept Final Audit Reviews for fiscal years ending 2021 and 2022 from the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector's Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider approval for on-call services with Guy Engineering for a hydrology report for County bridge # 35, NBI # 02581. The bridge is located approximately 2 miles east of Hwy 99 on West 91st Street South near Drumright. The bridge inspectors have closed the bridge until it can be repaired or replaced.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval of Independent Contractor Agreement for Carol Parrett, dba Dirt Road Data, for the 2023-2024 fiscal year for the Creek County Assessor's Office.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Criminal Justice Center - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to remove Requisitioning Officer Jason Billy Tinsley and adding Jacob Bowen and adding Receiving Officer Randy Tak'acs for Depew Fire Department.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross Slick Road approximately .1 mile north of the West 201st Street South and South 209th West Avenue junction in District #1.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to cross South 227th West Avenue at the junction of South 227th West Avenue and West 114th Place South in District #2.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel South 177th West Avenue to South 106th West Avenue, then west on South 106th West Avenue to South 193rd West Avenue, then across and parallel South 193rd West Avenue to West 11th Street South starting at the junction of South 177th West Avenue and West 101st Street South in District #2.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to support a request from Lifegate Ministries application to the State OMES for SQ 781 for Mental Health and Substance Abuse.

 

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
