1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on August 19, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2146 and CCLS-2985; Applicant, Clyde Smith, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Commercial zoning to allow lot split for the sales of metal storage containers located at 45551 West 241st Street South., Depew - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2147; Applicant, Jerry Alvey, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural zoning to Commercial zoning to allow a used automobile sales located at 36804 West Highway 51, Mannford - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2148; Applicant, Sam Sendgraff, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural zoning to Industrial zoning to allow industrial use located at 8800 Frankoma Road, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2149 and CCLS-2991; Applicant, Ashley Johnson, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow lot split located at 7175 West 176th Street South, Mounds - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider allowing the Courthouse parking to be used for a Night of Unity event on Sunday, October 5, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m., Shoulder2Shoulder Ministries.
12. Discussion and possible action to award written quotes for pouring concrete in a new work bay at the Fairgrounds, project number FB 68-8/26/24.
13. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for the 3-month asphalt and emulsion, bid #25-1.
14. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for the lease purchase of one or more used pumper trucks for the Drumright Volunteer Fire Department, bid #25-2.
15. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for the supply and installation of two 50kw generators for Creek County Rural Water District 5, Bid #25-3, REAP grant #240128.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider approval of a Sheriff's Office Funding Grant Program from the Attorney General's office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff's Office.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
18. Discussion and possible action to consider signing waiver and liability agreement with the City of Drumright.
19. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #5 to cross West 41st Street South approximately 0.49 miles east of the SH 48 and West 41st Street South junction in District #2.
20. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
- Discussion & possible action to establish deadlines for scheduling water and sewer projects to let for sealed bid.
