SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

3. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: Conducting interviews for the County Project Manager position. This executive session is authorized by 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) as it pertains to the discussion of prospective individual salaried public employees.

4. Discussion and possible action to consider selecting from applicants submitted for County Project Manager position.

Adjournment - Chairman.

The Board, in its discretion, may allow comments from the public on agenda items and may also limit the duration of any and all comments allowed.
