1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on July 8, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider approval or disapproval of the following contract for the 2024-2025 fiscal year: Cintas Creek County Highway District #2.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
10. Discussion and possible action on selection of a consulting engineer for Bridge & Approaches on N3697 (AKA Mehagen Rd) over Cottonwood (Bridge #9 & 12) JP#36113(04) in District # 2.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider using the highway all account (1102-6-4000-2005) for a lake access grant project which will be reimbursed by the grant.
12. Discussion and possible action declaring certain property as not needed for courthouse and/or jail purposes and transferring the same to the City of Drumright by Quitclaim Deed. Subject Property is described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 18, Broadway Addition to the City of Drumright. The property Address is 115 Federal St., Drumright, OK 74030.
13. Discussion and possible action to establish a policy for Workman's Compensation claims and set a per claim amount that will be submitted to Compsource to be paid by insurance.
14. Discussion and possible action to establish a policy for Auto and Inland Marine (Equipment) claims and set a per claim amount that will be submitted to Paramount Claims to be paid by insurance.
15. Discussion and possible action on setting an amount to place in the Self-Insured Fund with Paramount Claims and discuss from what account the funds will be paid.
16. Discussion and possible action regarding the Creek County Treasurer's Financial Statement for fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 - Treasurer's Office.
17. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
