1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on July 15, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning/lot split cases CCZ-2144 and CCLS-2982; Applicant, Cindy Barrett, requests approval of rezoning from Agriculture zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow lot split located at 14601 Teel Road, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2145; Applicant, Hope Parnell, requests approval of rezoning from Light Residential zoning to Residential Manufactured Home zoning to allow one manufactured home located at 18435 South 80th West Avenue, Mounds - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider a Final Plat for "Barrett Ridge Estates", a proposed single-family subdivision, containing 40.00 acres, more or less located on 9032 West 151st Street South, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
10. Discussion and possible action to create a deductible account by resolution, account #1237-1-2000-2005, the Self-Insured County Fund for Workman's Compensation.
11. Discussion and possible action to amend the motion made on July 15, 2024, for $100,000.00 to $80,000.00 for the Self-Insured Deductible Fund with Paramount Claims and $20,000.00 to Self-Insured County Fund for Workman's Compensation (#1237-1-2000-2005).
12. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an Account Control Acknowledgement for the Self-Insured Deductible Fund with Paramount Claims.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an Inter-cooperative agreement between Creek County and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for District #1.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a resolution to approve tuition cost for CDL training for employees, specifically Garrett McCrackin, to attend Drumright Vo-Tech with Green County Workforce reimbursing part of the fee back to District #2.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County Sheriff accounts (0001-2-0400-2005/B2; 0001-2-0400-4110/B3), Juvenile Justice accounts (1317-2-0400-2005/JJC2; 1317-2-0400-2017/JJC6) and Sheriff's Service Fee Accounts (1226-2-0400-2005/SSF2;1223-2-0400-2005/SSF7) with checks from ACCO totaling $106,030.89 from ACCO as reimbursement for hail damages to a sheriff vehicle due to a storm, which occurred on May 21, 2024, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office
16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #1 to cross South 273rd West Avenue approximately 0.62 miles north of the South 273rd West Avenue and US Highway 66 junction in District #1.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross South 49th West Avenue approximately 0.21 miles north of the West 151st Street South junction in District #1.
18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
