 AGENDA

 

 

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on November 18, 2024.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split cases CCZ-2152 and CCLS-3001; Applicant, Christina Hunt, requests approval of rezoning from Light Residential zoning to Residential Manufactured Home zoning to allow lot split for one manufactured home located at 6659 South 155th West Avenue, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2150; Applicant, Darrell Henegar, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural zoning to Industrial zoning to allow industrial use located at 25433 West Highway 66, Kellyville - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2153; Applicant, Devin Litke, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural zoning to Commercial zoning to allow existing commercial use located at 12014 West 81st Street South, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

 

10. Discussion regarding the topic of the National Electrical Corridor Delta Plains project planned to go through Creek County - Mandie McCord and Rick Arhberg.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to award sealed bid for a water conservation/management system for the Creek County Jail, bid #25-4.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for the 3-month asphalt and emulsion, products and services, bid #25-6.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for the 6-month bridge and highway materials and professional services, bid #25-7.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to considering signing a contract with Family and Children Services (FCS) for the Sheriff's Office - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider signing a Staffing Agreement with Express Employment Professionals for the Treasurer's Office - Rick Engleman, Treasurer.

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel and cross West Dickey Road traveling west 1,597 feet; North Beverly Road going north 994 feet; West Ray Lane going west 1,305 feet; North Pearson Drive going north 1,636 feet; West Quickel Drive going east 668 feet; North Beverly Drive going south 266 feet in District #2.

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross West 63rd Street South approximately 1.09 miles south and 2.38 miles west of the US 75 and SH 66 junction in District #2.

 

18. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel East Hilton Road approximately 1.76 miles south of the West 91st Street South junction in District #3.

 

19. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to considering using ARPA funds for the water conservation/management system for the Creek County Jail, bid #25-4.
  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
