1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on December 9, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bids for providing and installing two (2) generators for the Creek County Health Department, bid #25-8.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the application to apply for grant funding from the Oklahoma 911 Management Authority to partner with the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials to utilize their Intellicom software for dispatching.
9. Discussion and possible action to consider signing an agreement with Tulsa County regarding road and bridge maintenance responsibilities for common boundaries for West 61st Street South and South 33rd West Avenue in District #1 and District #2.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Health Department.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of office equipment for Creek County District #3.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel West Teel Road starting at 13644 West Teel Road heading east to 13572 West Teel Road in District #1.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit requests from Cimarron Telephone Company to cross and parallel West 106th Street South, South 177th West Avenue, West Strauss Road, North Pearson Drive, West Ray Lane, West Dickey Road, North Beverly Road, and West Quickel Drive at South 177th West Avenue in District #2.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cimarron Telephone Company to cross and parallel West 111th Street South at the South 193rd West Avenue point in District #2.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cimarron Telephone Company to cross and parallel West 91st Street and West 101st Street South at South 177th West Avenue in District #2.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Mid-America Pipeline to cross South 513th West Avenue approximately 1.5 miles north of the West 311th Street South junction in District #3.
18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
- Discussion and possible action to transfer money from ARPA 2021 Personal Services to the ARPA 2021 accounts for District #1, District #2, and District #3 to be used to purchase gravel.
- Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
