1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on November 12, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.
6. Discussion and possible action of new business. (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)
7. Discussion and possible action on the Sheriff's Office hosting a wreath laying ceremony at the Creek County Law Enforcement Memorial to be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Creek County Courthouse Complex in Sapulpa - Bret Bowling, Sheriff.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider awarding bid for the electric and lights to be installed to the maintenance building at the fairgrounds, project #FB 69-10/3/24.
9. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for a water control/management system for the Creek County Jail, bid #25-4.
10. Discussion and possible action to let for sealed bid for exterior block repair to the Creek County Courthouse, bid #25-9.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax -Treasurer's Office.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Creek County Rural Water District #2 to parallel the west side of Lone Star Road approximately 0.3 miles south of the West 151st Street South junction in District #1.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross West 71st Street South approximately 1.92 miles south and 1.39 miles west of the US 75 and US 44 junction in District #2.
14. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from FiberLink, LLC to parallel and cross West Dickey Road traveling west 1,597 feet; North Beverly Road going north 994 feet; West Ray Lane going west 1,305 feet; North Pearson Drive going north 1,636 feet; West Quickel Drive going east 668 feet; North Beverly Drive going south 266 feet in District #2.
15. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from Cox Communications to cross and parallel South 65th West Avenue and West 76th Street South approximately .23 miles east of the New Sapulpa Road junction in District #2 and District #3.
16. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
· Discussion and possible action to open sealed bids for the construction and installation of a new water well and associated equipment and building for the City of Oilton, bid #25-5, ARPA project #1566-5.11-74052-4110.
· Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
