1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman
2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman
4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on December 16, 2024.
5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

7. Discussion and possible action to consider rezoning case CCZ-2155; Applicant, Seventh Day, LLC, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural zoning to Industrial zoning to extend industrial use located at 6972 West Highway 97, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
8. Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split cases CCZ-2156 and CCLS 3013; Applicant, Dustin Lousch, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow lot split located at 9420 Postoak Road, Sapulpa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.

Discussion and possible action to consider rezone/lot split cases CCZ-2157 and CCLS 3014; Applicant, Shawn Williams, requests approval of rezoning from Agricultural zoning to Light Residential zoning to allow lot split located at 7501 South 58th Street South, Tulsa - Wendy Murray, Planning Office.
10. Discussion and possible action to consider removing Ryan Parnell and replacing with Rhonda Thompson for the Creek County Planning Commission seat for District #1.
11. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for the Creek County Commissioners.
12. Discussion and possible action to consider donating chandeliers from the Collins Building ballroom to the Bristow Historical Museum.
13. Discussion and possible action to consider donating chandeliers from the Collins Building ballroom to the Sapulpa Historical Museum.
14. Discussion and possible action to award sealed bids for providing and installing two (2) generators for the Creek County Health Department, bid #25-8.
15. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bid for exterior block repair to the Creek County Courthouse, bid #25-9.
16. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of office equipment for the Creek County Election Board - Vicki Martin, Election Board.
17. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of office equipment for Creek County District #3.
18. Discussion and possible action on signing resolution calling for the annual Fair Board elections pursuant to 2 O.S. § 15-61 et sec. with a filing period in January, 2025, and election to be held in February, 2025.
19. Discussion and possible action to direct the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Creek County District #2 County Highway-ST Maintenance and Operations (1313-6-8042-2005/HTX2-2) fund with a check in the amount of $3,433.07, as reimbursement for partial tuition fees for Garrett McCrackin to train for a CDL license, as per Title 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.
20. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.
· Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds for purchase of equipment for Olive Volunteer Fire Department.
· Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
