1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - Chairman

 

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING ACT - Chairman

 

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION - Chairman

 

4. Discussion and possible action in consideration of approval or disapproval of prior meeting minutes for meeting held on May 28, 2024, and special meeting minutes for special meeting held on May 31, 2024.

 

5. Discussion and possible action to consider, review, approve, or disapprove pending purchase orders for: the general, highway, health, cash accounts and community development block grant funds; transfers; monthly appropriations; emergency purchase orders; various county officers' contracts; monthly reports and various contracts and change orders. The Verification Report on all purchase orders being paid is available for public inspection during the meeting. For questions, please see the County Clerk.

 

6. Discussion and possible action of new business.  (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen within 24 hours of time of posting this agenda.)

 

7. Discussion and possible action to make application to the State OMES for SQ 781 Mental Health and Substance Abuse funds for Lifegate Ministries.

 

8. Discussion and possible action to award bids for commonly used items for fiscal year 2024-2025, bid #24-19.

 

9. Discussion and possible action to open and award sealed bid for Ballot Printing for fiscal year 2024-2025, bid #24-20.

 

10. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bid for the 3-month asphalt and emulsion products and services, bid #24-21.

 

11. Discussion and possible action to open sealed bid for the 6-month bridge and highway materials and professional services, bid #24-22.

 

12. Discussion and possible action to select from quotes to replace HVAC units #4 and #7 at the Creek County Justice Center, project #CJ0187-4/23/24 to be paid by the Creek County Public Facilities Authority as approved on April 25, 2024.

 

13. Discussion and possible action to consider surplus and disposal of equipment for Creek County Emergency Management - Covey Murray, Director.

 

14. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Opioid Abatement Settlement, CVS sub-department fund (1251-3-6703-2005) with a check from Milestone & Co., LLC in the amount of $38,133.51, as Pre-Appeal Allocation to Entity, minus 15% for Attorney Fees, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office.

 

15. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Opioid Abatement Settlement, Walgreens sub-department fund (1251-3-6705-2005) with a check from Milestone & Co., LLC in the amount of $73792.51 as Pre-Appeal Allocation to Entity, minus 15% for Attorney Fees, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office

 

16. Discussion and possible action to consider directing the Creek County Treasurer to credit the Opioid Abatement Settlement, Walmart sub-department fund (1251-3-6706-2005) with a check from Milestone & Co., LLC in the amount of $300,037.10 as Pre-Appeal Allocation to Entity, minus 15% for Attorney Fees, as per 62 O.S. § 335, and procedures implemented by the State Auditor's Office

 

17. Discussion and possible action to consider approving a utility permit request from ONE Gas, Inc. to cross South 36th West Avenue approximately 2.09 miles South and 1.48 miles west of the U.S. 75 and U.S. 44 junction in District #2.

 

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the American Rescue Plan 2021 funds directed to Creek County by the federal government.

  • Discussion and possible action to consider using ARPA funds on road and bridge projects.
